Our Practice

We understand that unexpected circumstances arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice if you make any changes. For dental treatment appointments that are 60 minutes or longer, we require 1 weeks notice. Cancellation notices must be provided during our regular business hours. Regular business hours are Monday-Friday.

This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another patient who may be in need of our services.

Summary of policy:

• We require 72 hours notice for cancellation of any new patient examinations, check up or hygienist appointments. Not providing 72 working hours’ notice, a cancellation fee will apply. Fees are normally charged at the appropriate rate, currently £140 per hour. The rate for cancellation of an appointment with one of our specialist dentists is £280 an hour.
• We require a minimum of 1 week’s notice of cancellation for all dental treatment appointments that are 60 minutes or longer.
